OVERVIEW
As the Social Media/Project Manager for Guapdad 4000, I was charged with developing an innovative strategy to promote a previously released item in a new color way. I devised a creative solution that would capitalize on nostalgia while also showcasing Guapdad's personality. I arranged for him to recreate a LL COOL J "GAP" commercial, with a freestyle performance added to emphasize his individuality. As the post gained traction, our team decided to create a simulated GAP Cease and Desist notice, establishing a three-day window for purchasing the limited-edition collection.

RESULTS
In a two week purchasing window we were able to sell $25,000 of the Guap GAP ARCH collection without actually being served a C&D as long as we remove the social media post. A win win if you ask me.
